On 19 November 2015 Antwerp pilot carried out its first usability test of the Antwerp Bike App. The app uses crowd-sourced information to report road problems, such as potholes, to the relevant authorities. Other useful information collected by the app, such as most popular routes and speed, can also be used by the municipality for further analysis and planning.
On 18-19 November 2015 OTN partners Lieven Raes from CORVE and Ari Apteker from the City of Antwerp attended Manage IT conference where they presented the project to an audience of ICT professionals from Europe and beyond.
